We Manage HR is seeking an Intermediate Accountant on behalf of our client located in the Bonnyville, Alberta area. This is a short-term contract role (3 to 6 months), ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can support day-to-day financial operations and assist with year-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping activities
• Complete account reconciliations (bank, GL, and sub-ledgers)
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and review financial records for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and account reconciliation
• Strong exposure to year-end accounting processes
• Intermediate-level accounting knowledge
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with accounting systems/software is an asset

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
Work Location: Bonnyville, AB (on-site or hybrid, depending on client requirements)
